User / You refers to any individual, researcher, scholar, institution, or organization accessing or using our Services.
Country refers to India.

3. Scope and Nature of Services

ASR Academic Research Solutions provides academic research support and consultancy services only.

The Company does not guarantee:

Acceptance of manuscripts by any journal
Specific indexing (including but not limited to Scopus, SCI, WoS, PubMed, or other databases)
Publication timelines
Reviewer recommendations or editorial decisions
Impact factor, citations, or academic outcomes

All publication-related decisions are made solely by the respective journals, publishers, and editorial boards.

The Company does not influence or control peer-review processes or journal policies.

4. Ethical Use and Author Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

The originality of submitted work
Compliance with institutional policies
Adherence to journal guidelines
Observance of ethical research standards
Accuracy of data and authorship claims

The Company does not support plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or any form of academic misconduct. Any misuse of services for unethical purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

Services are generally provided on a prepaid basis.
Work will commence only after confirmation of agreed payment.
Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in case of delayed or incomplete payment.
Any applicable transaction or bank charges shall be borne by the User.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of academic support services, payments once made are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid justification.
If work has commenced, payments are strictly non-refundable.
Any refund, if considered, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company after internal review.

Refunds shall NOT be granted for:

Journal rejection
Change of mind
Delays caused by third parties
Failure of the User to respond or provide required materials

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before work initiation.
If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, the User shall be liable to pay for work completed up to that stage.
Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality

The Company maintains strict confidentiality of all manuscripts, research data, personal information, and project details shared by clients.

Information will not be disclosed to third parties except:

Where required for service delivery (e.g., plagiarism detection tools or journal submission systems), or
Where required by applicable law.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are implemented to protect client data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of ASR Academic Research Solutions and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Clients retain ownership of their original research materials.

Rejection of manuscripts

Delays caused by journals or publishers

Loss of academic opportunity, funding, or promotion

The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party platforms.

Users are encouraged to review the terms and policies of external websites independently.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services without prior notice in the event of:
