Publication Ethics
ASR Academic Research Solutions is firmly committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, academic integrity, and ethical research publishing. All authors, reviewers, editors, and research partners associated with ASR are expected to adhere to internationally accepted ethical guidelines to safeguard research credibility, accountability, and scholarly trust.
Any form of misconduct—including plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, unethical research practices, authorship manipulation, or duplicate submission—may result in manuscript rejection, withdrawal of support, retraction, or further institutional action.
Core Ethical Principles
Editorial Independence
All academic and editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scholarly merit, manuscript quality, originality, and relevance. Discrimination based on gender, race, religion, nationality, institutional affiliation, or political belief is strictly prohibited.
Integrity in Research
Authors must ensure accurate representation of data, research methods, and findings. Fabrication, falsification, selective reporting, or manipulation of data is considered a serious ethical violation.
Authorship & Contributorship
Authorship must be limited to individuals who have made significant academic contributions to the research. All listed authors must review, approve, and take responsibility for the final manuscript prior to submission.
Peer Review Standards
Peer reviewers are selected based on subject expertise and are required to conduct evaluations objectively, confidentially, and without bias. Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest and avoid misuse of unpublished information.
Conflicts of Interest
Authors, reviewers, and editors must declare any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could influence the interpretation or evaluation of the research.
Human & Animal Research Ethics
Research involving human participants must comply with ethical standards such as the Declaration of Helsinki and obtain necessary institutional approvals. Studies involving animals must follow national and institutional animal welfare regulations.
Confidentiality & Privacy
All unpublished manuscripts and research data are treated as confidential. Information must not be disclosed, shared, or used for personal or professional advantage.
Plagiarism Prevention
All manuscripts undergo similarity and originality screening using standard plagiarism detection tools. Any form of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data duplication, or unethical AI-assisted content is strictly prohibited.
Handling Ethical Violations
If ethical misconduct is identified, ASR Academic Research Solutions may take one or more of the following actions:
Reject or withdraw manuscript support
Recommend manuscript retraction or correction
Inform authors’ affiliated institutions, journals, or funding bodies when necessary
Restrict or permanently discontinue future services to involved authors
Corrections, retractions, or formal expressions of concern may be issued in accordance with publishing ethics standards.
